Meet the Owner / Instructor Sensei

Living up north in a small town called Cobalt he learned & holds belts in both Karate & Kung Fu as a kid. Then moved to Orangeville and found his true sport in 1974… Judo. As the years went by he started to help his Sensei open Judo clubs in Shelburne, Grand Valley and Base Borden were we taught the military Judo for hand to hand combat. Then in 1995 he opened his own Judo club in Barrie and in 2000 opened All Round Health and Fitness.

Our Class Schedule

What time of day would you like to have a class & what kind of class would you like to see. Before you go to work, after work, on your lunch, before you head home or later in the evening, whatever one fits your lifestyle.

Judo: Kids- Monday & Wednesday from 6:00 to 7:00, Adults 7:00 to 8:30.
Tai-Chi: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:30 to 11:30.
