YOGA PROGRAM

Come and join the All Round Health and Fitness team along with Tara Clayton, our Yoga teacher, on Thursday mornings and Monday evenings.   Check out our schedule here.

What to Bring:
- wear comfortable clothing
- yoga mat
- one of the following - towel, small blanket or pillow
- arrive about 5 to 10 minutes before class

Price: 1 Month - $50.00 Must pre-register for each months' Yoga class.

Tara Clayton
She has been practising yoga and is a certified Yoga instructor and Yoga teacher. She decided to learn more about yoga in order to advance her own practise and to assist friends and family.

 

ZUMBA PROGRAM

Zumba is the most fun you will have working out. Zumba is a fitness party for all ages and fitness levels. Zumba takes Latin inspired dance fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements creating a dynamic, exciting, exhilarating, effective fitness system. Zumba combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using an aerobic/fitness approach to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle toning benefits you have to come experience it for yourself. No fitness or dance experience required anyone can do Zumba come in and find out what your missing!!
