JUDO
Judo is your best form of self-defence. Judo, when translated means the "gentle way", and teaches the principle of flexibility in the application of technique. This is the flexible or efficient use of balance, leverage and movement in the performance of Judo throws and other skills. Skill, technique and timing rather than the use of brute strength are the essential ingredients for success in Judo.

TAI CHI

We are now offering a course in Women's Self-Defence. This course is based on Judo, the ancient art of self-defence, taught to Police and Armed Forces personnel around the world. QIGONG
1 month - $50.00 - Must pre-register for each months' Qigong class

Drop ins are $15 per class

Use of the Exercise equipment at night:  $20 a month…Free to members

Family Rates: Register two family members and the third family member is FREE, register four family members and the fifth family member is FREE and so on. This is inclusive of all family members – Mother, Father, Brother, Sister, Children and Grandchildren.
