Day 1 of our 5 exercises

5 exercise, 20 rep's per day and at lease 5 days a week. Push ups, Up up & downs, Squats, pull overs & Dead lifts.

You pick 5 exercise each day, you work your way up to 20 rep's each. Try and do this at lease 5 times per week.

Choose different exercises, mix it up. Make sure you cover a the different muscle groups, balance workout.

When get to doing 20 rep's, up the weight. Then you change it up to what every your goal is.

You can do this 7 days week, but 5 good. One of your goal's should be a healthier life style, being active, eating right, being positive and peaceful from the heart.

Your tip of the Day is....drum roll.... look for a healthy alternate to pasta that has sugar in it. When Marie makes a lasagna with egg plant of zucchini instead of pasta and it is so good. Spaghetti squash instead of noodles and yes it is very good and much better for you.

Your tip of the day. Still on the cutting sugar out of your diet. Stop eating white bread, Look for 100% whole wheat with no sugar added.
